フィールドのソート
ビューをソートする
ソートはビューの一部として保存できます。ビューの作成と使用の詳細については、データベース ビューのページをご覧ください。
データベースは、Atlassian Government 環境では利用できません。
選択したフィールドに基づいてアイテムが順番に表示されるように、データベースをソートできます。アイテムは昇順でも降順でも表示できます。
Add a sort
To create a sort:
ビューを編集中に、データベースの上部にある [ソート] を選択するか、[ソート] オプションを選択します。
Select the + Add sort button.
Select the field that you'd like to sort by from the list of unsorted fields in the database.
Select the sort criteria (ascending or descending).
さまざまなフィールドは、値のタイプに応じて、さまざまなロジックに基づいて並べ替えられます。
To edit a sort:
Select the sort criteria dropdown.
Select the updated desired sort.
Alternatively, sorts can be edited by selecting the arrows for sorted fields in the field header, changing between ascending and descending.
To delete a sort:
Select More actions on an existing sort.
Select the Delete sort option.
To reorder a sort:
All entries are sorted based on the criteria of the sorts and the order they are listed.
Select More actions on an existing sort.
Select the reordering option relevant to your desired order.
