Add or remove a view from your queue
In Jira Service Management, there are three ways to view your queue: as a list, board, or calendar. Learn more about views
By default, all queues start with a list view of your work, giving you an overview of all work items in the queue and their important details. Learn more about queues.
You can add a board or calendar to any of your queues so that you can manage and visualize your work in the way that works best for your team. You need to be a Jira or project admin to add or remove views from your queues.
To add a view to a queue:
From your service project’s sidebar, go to Queues, then select the queue to which you'd like to add a view.
From your selected queue, select the Add to navigation () button. You'll find it in the tab bar above the search bar.
Choose the view you would like to add, and select Add to navigation.
You can switch between the different views of your queue by selecting the names of the views in the tab bar above the search bar.
To remove a view from a queue:
From your service project’s sidebar, go to Queues, then select the queue from which you'd like to remove a view.
From the tab bar in your selected queue, select More actions () next to the name of the view you want to remove.
Select Remove. You can add the view again at any time.
