Automation rule suggestions on work items and alerts

Receive Automation rule suggestions on work items to help improve your team’s efficiency and simplify the workflows. These suggestions are generated based on keywords found in the work item summary and description, and offer relevant Automation options that can be beneficial for your team. By implementing these rules, you can reduce manual tasks, save time, and ensure more consistent management of work items and alerts.

ルールによる提案が表示されないようにするには、[却下] をクリックします。

自身が管理者である場合

• チームに対してルールをセットアップして有効にするには、[このルールを作成] をクリックします。

• 要件に合わせてルールを変更したり、ルールを作成したりするには、[ルール ビルダーで編集する] をクリックします。

既定では、自動化による提案は誰にでも表示されます。これらの提案の表示対象を制御するには、次のようにします。

• For work items, go to Project Settings > Features > Automation Suggestions

• アラートについては、アトラシアンのカスタマー サポートに問い合わせます。

オフにすると、チームに提案が表示されなくなります。

自身がエージェントである場合

• 提案の詳細を表示するには、[ルールを表示] をクリックします。

• 推奨される自動化ルールを自分で作成することはできません。ただし、推奨されるルールを作成して有効にするように管理者にリクエストすることはできます。

• 管理者にすばやくリクエストを送信するには、[メッセージをコピーする] をクリックしてメッセージをコピーし、管理者に送信します。
