Rank a work item

Rank your work items to organize your team's tasks more effectively. By ranking work items, you actually arrange them according to their relative importance or urgency. For example, you have two work items that are of 'High' priority. With ranking, you can choose which of these two have a higher priority or ranking than the other.

When you rank a work item, you also change its relative priority in its current column and swimlane.

To rank a work item: 

1. サイドバーにある関連するプロジェクトに移動します。

2. [バックログ] タブ、[アクティブ スプリント] タブ、カンバン バックログ (有効化されている場合)、またはカンバン ボードに移動します。

3. 作業項目をドラッグ & ドロップし、スクラムまたはカンバン バックログ内の上または下、または [アクティブ スプリント] タブや [カンバン ボード] ビューの列に移動させて、作業項目をランク付けします。

注意事項

• You can only rank work items if ranking has been enabled (see Enabling ranking), and if you have the 'Schedule work item' and 'Edit work item' permissions for the work item you want to move.

• スクラム バックログからスプリントに作業項目を移動させたときに、その作業項目がスプリントに最初に追加された作業項目であった場合、その作業項目はランクを保持します。既に他の作業項目がスプリントに追加されていた場合、作業項目のランキングはそのスプリント内の他の作業項目のランキングに対して相対的に設定されます。

  In other words: work items are only re-ranked (upon being moved) when there are other work items to compare them with in the same sprint (or backlog) where they've been moved to. The idea is that rank is managed within a sprint (or backlog) itself, not across sprints.

• バックログからアクティブ スプリントまたは進行中の作業に作業項目を移動する場合に、ボードが ORDER BY Rank ASC 以外のランキング設定を使用している場合、作業項目はボードのフィルター クエリに応じて自動的にランク付けされます (詳細については、「ランキングの有効化」を参照してください)。

• You can use Keyboard Shortcuts 's' + 'b' to move a work item to the bottom of its current column, or 's' + 't' to move it to the top.

• 複数の作業項目をバックログの上または下に移動できます。「Shift」または「Ctrl」キーを押しながら、作業項目を選択して右クリックし、[Move work items (作業項目を移動)] を選択してから、[To top of backlog (バックログの先頭へ)] または [To bottom of backlog (バックログの末尾へ)] を選択します。

• When you rank a work item that has sub-tasks, all of the sub-tasks are automatically moved with the work item.

• Sub-task work items can only be ranked in relation to their 'sibling' work items.
