バックアップ ポリシーを編集する

You can edit a backup policy to change the way you store data or to include or exclude data, such as attachments or personal spaces. When you edit a backup policy, changes apply to the subsequent backups.

ポリシーを編集する方法は以下のとおりです。

1. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。 複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Settings > Backup and restore.

3. From the Backup policy table, select the policy you need to edit.

   1. To edit an active policy, select More actions (•••) > Edit policy.

   2. To edit an inactive policy, select Edit policy.

4. Make the required changes:

   • Toggle on or off entities depending on your need.

   • Edit or remove the schedule.

   • Select a different storage.

5. [Update policy (ポリシーの更新)] を選択します。

You can edit active or inactive backup policies to include or exclude entities and change the schedule and storage. You can’t remove an app from an active policy.

Edit or remove the backup schedule

When you change your backup schedule, we’ll provide you with a new time on the date that you select. This time may not be the same as the earlier time. Occasionally, the date that you want may not be available.

When you remove the backup schedule, the policy is deactivated, and all future backups are stopped. Currently, we don’t have an option to stop backups, but you can use this as a workaround to cancel or stop backups. You can add a schedule again, but we may not be able to provide you with the same time. On rare occasions, the date that you want may not be available.

Switch between storages

When you create a backup policy, you choose between an Atlassian-owned storage or your organization’s Amazon S3 storage to store your backups. If your needs change, you may want to choose a different storage. You can change your storage option at any point. Changes will apply from the next backup.
