Remove domains and apps from your organization

組織を削除するには、最初に次のことを実行する必要があります。

Remove apps linked to your organization

Before you can delete an organization you need to cancel all subscriptions and trials, and then wait for the apps to be deactivated (14 days after the cancelation takes effect).

2. Select Billing. You'll see all the apps included in your active subscriptions.

3. Select Manage subscription for the app you want to delete.

4. Find the app you want to remove, and select

   2. 年間サブスクリプションを利用している場合は、[サポートに問い合わせる] を選択します (自分で削除することはできません)。

We’ll give you an indication of when the cancelation will take effect. Repeat this process for all apps in the organization.

組織はどのぐらいすぐに削除できますか?

Removing apps from your organization can take several weeks. To reduce the risk of accidental data loss for original billing experiences, apps aren’t fully deactivated until 15 days after the date the cancellation takes effect. This is usually the renewal date for monthly subscriptions or the date communicated to you by our team for annual subscriptions.

If you have the the original billing experience, you are able to delete the organization the first day after the apps are fully deactivated.

For example, if your subscription renews each month on the 10th, and you cancel that subscription on the 1 June, the earliest the app will be deactivated is 25 June.

If you have the improved billing experience, you have to wait an additional 60 days after the apps are deactivated to delete the organization.

For example, if your subscription renews each month on the 10th, and you cancel that subscription on the 1 June, the earliest the app will be deactivated is 10 June.
