Dormant Trello account policy
Dormant Trello account policy
A Trello account holds your Trello content, such as your memberships and therefore your access to the Workspaces and boards that you’re a part of.
A dormant Trello account is an account that has not had any activity for 2 years or more, and Atlassian reserves the right to delete these accounts if they haven’t been used for that long.
What is considered activity
Trello will consider your account as being active if it’s had any kind of activity within the last 2 years. Activity is any interaction you may have had with the Trello app, regardless of the platform. It includes, but is not limited to:
Logging in to Trello
Updating your profile and settings
Navigating the app
Accessing boards and Workspaces
ユーザーの招待
Updating board or Workspace settings
Creating, editing or deleting cards (including via REST API)
What is the deletion process
If your Trello account has been inactive for over two years, you may get an email from us saying that your account is scheduled for deletion. The deletion will happen 60 days after this email is sent. You’ll also receive a second notice 3 days before deletion.
During these 60 days, you can log in to your Trello account to keep it active. If you log in, your account will not be deleted.
If you don’t login to your account during those 60 days, your account will be deleted. Check what content is deleted or retained when your Trello account is deleted
Atlassian account disclaimer
Your Trello account is governed by your Atlassian account, which holds your user profile data, authentication settings, and access to other Atlassian Cloud products and instances. This Dormant Trello account policy only affects your Trello account, meaning that your Atlassian account, as well as your access to any other Atlassian apps you may use it for will remain unaffected.
