Archive a work item
You’ll need to have the relevant project permissions to archive and restore work items. More about project permissions
Archive a work item if you want to remove it from your project without deleting it. If you archive a work item, it will only appear in Archived work items and can no longer be edited. You can restore an archived work item if you need it in the future.
Archive a work item
Archiving work items is only available for Premium and Enterprise customers.
To archive a work item:
Make sure you're viewing a work item either in the side bar or in full screen.
Select More actions ().
Select Archive and confirm your changes.
To archive a work item from either the list view in the All work tab or a board (archiving work items from the board is only available in software projects):
Select More actions () on the work item.
Select Archive and confirm your changes.
You can’t archive a subtask by itself, but you can archive its parent work item. This will automatically archive any subtask attached to that parent work item.

Go to Archived work items.
