Delete a sprint
When you delete a sprint, the work item it contained are moved to the next sprint in the list. If you delete an active sprint, those work items will keep their status in their new sprint.
The process for deleting completed sprints is different. Learn how to delete a sprint that’s been completed.
To delete a sprint:
If not already there, navigate to your company-managed software project.
From your project navigation, select the Backlog tab.
Select More actions (), then Delete sprint.
