Set your site’s landing app
Which user management experience do you have?
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one. You can identify which user management experience you have by checking where your Users page is located.

As an organization admin, you can choose the app that your users see first when they log in to a site in your organization. We refer to this as a site's landing app. You can only set the landing app to Jira or Confluence.
To set your organization landing app:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Apps from the header.
From the menu next to Add app, select Update landing app.
For each site, you can select which app you would like all your users to land in.
Select Update.
Your users will now land in your selected app when they visit your site URL. It can take up to two hours for this change to take effect.
If a user doesn't have access to the landing app, we'll land them in your selected app and prompt them to request access.

To set your site landing product:
Go to your site's Admin at admin.atlassian.com.
Select Apps, and then select your site from the left side panel.
Select App access from the left panel.
Under What you need to know, one bullet point specifies where users land when they log in. Select the Change this setting link.
Select the App you would like all your users to land in.
Select Save.
Your users will now land your selected app when they log in to your site. It can take up to two hours for this change to take effect.
If a user doesn't have access to the landing app, we'll land them in your selected app and prompt them to request access.
